nationally on NET,

Le Mans Featurette. LAX to Orly 1st Class Via Air France. Private Plane to Le Mans. Sour Shoot, But that makes for
interesting stories. The studio people wanted big box office. Steve wanted to shoot the next Woodstock documentary, but
about racing. Everybody liked our documentary about the making of the movie, probably because we left much of the
interesting stuff out.
I joined the Director's Guild of America, became an exec at grey advertising, formed "Creative Dimensions', an in-house commercial
production company, and made millions of dollars annually for grey advertising. I don't want to say I was a founding father
of video spots or anything like that, but we cut them physically and scotch-taped them together. I flew weekly from Detroit
to Los Angeles and on to NY to deliver the spots.
I've been a writer, producer, musical lyric and jingle writer, creative director, film & video director, producer, show developer,
studio executive, head of my own production company and so on. It seems unlikely, but when you've got a mortage on the house
and kids in private school, you don't think 'career path', you think 'survival.' when an opportunity opens for you, you
say 'yes', and figure it out later. right or wrong, that's the way i did it.
